We are an Inc 500 honoree in both 2007 and 2008
and one of the leading Internet Marketing and Publishing firms of NYC.
We are a results-driven company dedicated to providing
highly successful marketing campaigns for our clients by reaching millions of
people on a daily basis. Fueled by some of the most creative, intelligent and
experienced professionals in our field, we are currently seeking a dynamic
Problem Solving Guru who can handle some very important tasks.
This is
an entry level position for an ambitious person who wants to get their foot in the door of an amazing marketing company.
The position will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.
The successful candidate will be highly organized,
analytical, technical enough to to modify HTML ads, and creative in
solving problems.
We are looking for applicants who possess the
following skills and can be able to perform:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Manage the set-up, testing, and deployment of e-mail and web based campaigns.
• Monitor and report on key metrics including open, click, unsubscribe, and
bounce rates.
• Make recommendations for changes that will increase email effectiveness based
on findings.
• Ensure appropriate creative and offers are extended to each audience.
• Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing on emails prior to deployment.
• Work with technology team to setup and test marketing promotions prior to
campaign deployment.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns to ensure proper execution of all scheduled events.
• Assist with the development of email marketing strategies and email test plan
designs.
• Proactively track, monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance.
• Liaison with several teams including design, e-commerce, marketing and IT to
ensure all email requirements are met.
Requirements:
• Bachelor`s degree (preferably computer, math, or marketing related)
• Basic HTML a MUST
• Solid Excel skills a PLUS
• Enthusiastic about email and direct marketing
• Willing to learn and contribute to a strong team environment

with strong attention to follow-through
• Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and
prioritize and deliver multiple tasks on time

Disclaimer:
Due to
